If you really want your friends and Twitter followers to know you are watching the third hour of the nightly NCIS marathon on USA Network (Yep, I’m hooked), then IBM’s idea may be for you.
BaltTech reported Friday night about IBM’s Twitter device patent, something that over the weekend was hailed as the device couch (and PC) potatoes will love.

DavidH let us know that there is a new Twitter client in town. Twixtreme is pitching themselves as the free Twitter client that does not suck. Not sure if I can agree with them since I am still waiting for RIM to release a Twitter client but it does look good. It works on OS 4.2.1+ so that is pretty nice.
It supports pictures, re-tweeting, favorites, direct messages, profiles, search, and more. If you are an avid Twitter user it is worth checking out at www.twixtreme.com.
Let me know what you think!
